Pi Consulting does not require or solicit any sensitive personal information or data from you, including your health related information, medical records, sexual orientation, gender identity, amongst others (“personal data”). If you want to register to view our webinars, we will however, require your name and email address. If you choose to disclose such information, please be assured that we have adopted all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of the data. You understand and agree that it will be handled in accordance with our ‘Privacy Policy’.

Privacy Policy

a. Purpose of use: Your personal data, if disclosed by you, will only be used to provide you with relevant and specific health related information, and to put you in touch with professionals, persons and resources which may be useful to you, if you so wish.

b. Recipients of information: Your personal data will only be accessed by a person specifically authorised by us, who will be under an obligation to keep the information confidential – this would include keeping such information confidential from our non authorised our internal employees and the non authorised employees of our partners – 

c. Third Party Disclosure: Your personal data will not be disclosed to a third Party, unless you consent to such disclosure. This, however, is subject to any mandatory requirements of any law for the time being in force.

d. The website may contain links to third party websites. Pi Consulting is not responsible for  the privacy practices of any such linked site or any link contained in a linked site.

g. You may refuse to give your personal data and understand that in such event,  it will not be possible to provide you live access to the Q and A segment of the webinars in the event 

h. At any time after you have disclosed your personal data, you may withdraw consent for having it stored, at which time we will remove the information from its records, including its servers and any copies made of such information, and intimate you of such removal.

j. Security: We had adopted the use of security measures to protect your personal data:

    ● The Client to Server communication is SSL compliant, using secure HTTP

    ● Passwords are stored as hashed strings in the database

    ● Chats are encrypted point to point

    ● Hosting of our servers at AWS with industry standard facilities on Linux servers

Cookies – Cookies are simple text files that are downloaded onto the device through which you access our website.  Each cookie is unique to your web browser and will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier, website’s domain name etc.  we use these cookies to ensure the best possible experience for you when accessing and navigating our website and using its features.  Our cookies are not designed to retrieve or store any personal information that maybe held on your device, except the information provided by you, and the anonymous information as aforesaid, and utilise the same only to the extent necessary to provide a better browsing experience for you.  Third party websites, accessible through our website, will have their own cookies policy, and you must acquaint yourself with the cookies and privacy policies of these third parties, and Pi is not responsible for the same.  You can delete cookies from your device by going into your browser settings.  However, if you do delete cookies, your experience and the functionality of the website may be affected.  If you have any questions regarding the cookies used by us, you may contact us at info@piconsulting.in.

Changes to the Privacy and Cookie Policy: We may revise and update this Privacy and Cookie Policy from time to time, and so we urge you to review it periodically to ensure that you agree with any such changes that we make. However, it is your responsibility to check the Privacy Policy regularly to ensure that you agree with it and your continued use of the website will be deemed to be your acceptance of any changes that we make.
